Level I, II & III Graduate

We experienced the whole color pallet of yoga:  Asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation and more, and were encouraged to find our own voice and draw from what nourished our own practice and put that into  our teaching.”

Level I, II, & III/IV Graduate

“There is a good balance of philosophy, anatomy, origins of yoga, physical practice, learning sequences, poses & adjustments, becoming a teacher and being part of the yoga business world. Also, self-expression and finding your own style of teaching that is unique to you is encouraged, supported and developed. There is much opportunity for personal growth and this program will teach you a lot about yourself!”
